Your role

Are you a multitasking person? We’re looking for someone like that to:

• manage all run-the-bank topics and pursue own projects
• support and drive important growth projects
• develop reports for Desk Heads and Region Heads
• conduct analysis to support management decisions
• travel for direct collaboration with the regions

Internship
Our 6 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

Join the fastest growing division of UBS. You will directly be involved in day-to-day activities, working with our retirement planners around Switzerland and gaining front business management experience.

The regular intern will support the Retirement Planning Team in various management related topics/projects.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
• sharp analytical and problem solving skills
• excellent interpersonal skills (and this is noticeable even when under pressure)
• a gift for using numerical analysis, statistics and financial mathematics to solve practical problems
• a good command of Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• fluency in German and English (written and oral), French is a plus
