We offer the opportunity to work on projects that prioritize the adaptive reuse and repurposing of existing buildings. Our work emphasizes sustainability, efficiency, and innovation, leveraging BIM modeling to enhance visibility, streamline decision-making, and optimize costs throughout the project lifecycle. Familiarity or experience with BIM modeling is quite relevant, as it is integral to our approach. 

As a trainee, you will actively engage in all phases of architectural practice, working closely with the project leader. Depending on your interests and strengths, you may contribute to concept design through model making, 3D visualizations, collages, and photography. Alternatively, or in addition, you might focus on technical and administrative tasks, such as detailing and construction site documentation.

We are seeking talented trainees to join our team for exciting new projects, both locally and internationally, with a focus on adaptive reuse. Candidates should demonstrate strong conceptual and graphic skills, and attention to detail. Familiarity with BIM processes and tools is appreciated, as we are actively developing BIM models for adaptive reuse projects. Confidence in navigating complex, international environments is a must. Proficiency in Adobe CC, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Revit is required
