Due to increasing demand for our equipment and our strong commitment to product quality and customer support, we are expanding our team within the Generator Circuit-Breakers (GCB) Factory in Zurich with the addition of a Customer Quality Engineer. This role combines strong technical expertise with excellent interpersonal skills to enable close collaboration with customers. How you’ll make an impact

  • Manage and drive quality cases impacting multiple customers
  • Take ownership of the internal and external customer complaints, ensuring fast and sustainable solutions
  • Lead root cause analysis of failures on GCB
  • Prepare and present 8D reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Capture the voice of the customer and translate it into continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead and support improvement projects on specific quality topics
  • Support and/or lead on-site investigations
  • Prepare method statements for troubleshooting cases

Your background

  • Bachelor’s or Master`s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality management, and/or operations
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
  • Strong communication skills and cultural awareness
