The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our testing operations in semiconductor manufacturing. In this role, you will help ensure high quality and safety standards, assist with production processes, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Your hands-on support and teamwork will be essential in maintaining smooth operations and delivering reliable results.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Quality & Safety Compliance: Uphold rigorous safety and quality standards, contributing to a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Operational Support: Assist production operators in executing complex manufacturing tasks, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to process standards
  • Process Execution: Independently carry out production steps in accordance with detailed specifications and cleanroom protocols
  • Process Documentation: Accurately record process parameters and conduct quality inspections to ensure product integrity and traceability
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement effective solutions
  • Training & Mentorship: Support the onboarding and training of new team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative work environment

Your background

  • Educational Background: Completed vocational training in a technical field or relevant hands-on experience in a production environment
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus
  • Team Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to teamwork
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to the demands of a cleanroom setting
  • Fluent in German (C1), English (B1)
