How you’ll make an impact
- Design tools improving safety and assembly quality
- Define tools enhancing safety and ergonomics
- Analyze and document manufacturing and operational processes
- Conduct feasibility studies for process modifications
- Support implementation of optimization solutions
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities
- Prepare technical reports and presentations on project progress and results
Your background
- Engineering student or advanced technician specializing in process, industrial, or mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of process engineering fundamentals Experience with CAD tools such as Creo or AutoCAD
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential, knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Proficiency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory. A good level of technical English is desirable
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with excellent attention to detail, initiative, and autonomy
- Effective team communicator who works proactively, shows technical curiosity, and adapts well to dynamic industrial environments
