Your job responsibilities and how you can make an impact that matters.

You will:

  • Work directly with Swiss and international clients throughout all phases of the organizational change management lifecycle, from initial assessment and planning of the organizational change management strategy to execution, hypercare and adoption review with the right metrics.
  • Introduce and embed best practice change management frameworks, governance, processes, and tools to support successful organizational transitions and stakeholder engagement at all stages.
  • Act as a key team member liaising with client leaders and internal stakeholders to align change initiatives with business objectives and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to Deloitte’s business development efforts and proposal creation by partnering with Human Capital, other Deloitte service offerings, and account teams to design compelling change management solutions.
  • Support the growth and enhancement of Deloitte’s change management capabilities and service offerings within the Human Capital practice.

Who we are looking for

  • Strong academic background, ideally a Master’s degree or MBA from a reputable institution, or equivalent professional experience.
  • With a bachelors degree, minimum 2-4 years and with a masters degree/MBA minimum1 year of relevant experience in Consulting or a similar role within the Human Capital domain, preferably with exposure to international projects.
  • Solid experience in people strategy and change management, particularly in contexts such as large technology implementation programs and/or organizational business transformations
  • Experience contributing to client projects related to Learning & Development, Training & Re-skilling, with familiarity in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft) and other system implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors).
  • Strong affinity with technology and a deep understanding of its impact on the workforce, including how digital transformation shapes employee experience, skills requirements, and organizational change.
  • Willingness and ability to support business development and offering enhancement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing stakeholder relationships strategically.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality client service and contributing to team success
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in Human Capital or Change Management is a plus, including how AI can enhance employee engagement, learning, communication, and decision-making processes (is an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally as required
