The opportunity
Join our team in a key support role within Planning & Fulfillment and help ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations. This position is ideal for early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience and develop in an international environment. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and build a solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes across both direct and indirect operations.
How you’ll make an impact
- Support the procurement of goods and services across the organization
- Contribute to indirect operations, including office supplies, IT equipment, travel, maintenance, and spare parts
- Assist in direct operations, such as sourcing raw materials and services for production or construction
- Support procurement activities along the full process (e.g. sourcing, supplier coordination, order handling)
- Gradually contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives as you develop in the role
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks in line with defined processes
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Build knowledge and expertise under guidance in a structured learning environment
Your background
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- 1-2 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar administrative environment
- Fluent in German and English
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
