Tendering Engineer 80 - 100% (f/m/d) New
The opportunity

As a Tendering Engineer you create preliminary design cost estimations for dry type transformers plus inductors according to customer specifications. A secondary objective is to provide sales and customers with technical support and act as a link between sales and engineering.
Your responsibilities
- Review customer specifications to define technical tender requirements
- Develop deviation sheets and propose suitable technical solutions
- Create accurate cost estimates and define material requirements in ERP and define material requirements
- Obtain accurate pricing information by collaborating with suppliers & vendors
- Ensure on-time cost estimate submittal to the bid and proposal team
- Maintaining accurate technical and costing product information throughout the entire deal lifecycle
- Provide technical tender support during bid revision or negotiation
- Ensure clear and timely communication with all tender stakeholders
Your background
- University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
- First experience in a similar role, especially in regard to the technical skills
- Experience in CAD and Microsoft 365 tools
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills as well as a self-starter mentality
- Fluent in English, Italian would be beneficial
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
