We’re looking for a Program & Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of two key initiatives: Our Best managed Companies Programme (BMC) and Deloitte Private (DP). This is a dynamic role that sits at the intersection of program management, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence.
You’ll be the backbone of our programs, organizing complex meetings with senior leaders, coordinating with internal and external partners, managing candidate communications, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from application through to our signature Gala event.
How you can make an impact
Program Management & Coordination
- You organize and coordinate complex meetings, including those with C-level executives and external stakeholders
- You manage the full candidate application process, including deadlines and communications with coaches and candidates
- You develop program content and resources, and prepare presentations for internal and external meetings
- You maintain comprehensive program records and filing systems
Stakeholder & Event Management
- You serve as the primary point of contact for BMC and DP. You are the “go-to” person for queries and coordination
- You collaborate with and manage event teams, marketing, as well as internal and external stakeholders for interim events and our annual Gala
- You coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery
- You represent Switzerland in global program calls
Operations & Compliance
- You manage budgets and invoicing for assigned programs
- You ensure compliance with brand guidelines, risk management (including BMRS), and PR standards
- You take ownership and demonstrate leadership for assigned responsibilities
Financial & Administrative Support
- You support financial reporting for the programme
- You organize leadership meetings and ensure administrative excellence
Who we are looking for
- You have excellent organizational and communication skills. You see the bigger picture, connect the dots, and communicate clearly across all levels
- You are proactive and have a flexible mindset. You adapt quickly to changing priorities and take initiative without waiting to be asked
- You are strong at prioritizing under pressure. You thrive when juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
- You are a creative problem-solver. You think outside the box and constantly ask “how can we do this better?”
- You have a “Can Do” attitude. You’re solutions-oriented, positive, and ready to tackle challenges head-on
- You are fluent in German and English (must-have), French is a plus
- You have experience in program management, event coordination, or similar roles
- You are familiar with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- You have knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks
