Your role

Are you an analytic thinker? Do you enjoy creating valuable insights with data that support business growth? Do you want to play a key role in transforming our firm into an agile organization?

We are looking for someone like that to:

  • provide support in managing the enterprise data controls and data quality monitoring framework, as well as related governance across the Bank
  • support integration and migration activities in the Data Controls and Monitoring team
  • contribute to delivery and improvement of a suite of recurring reports
  • conduct comprehensive data analysis and support in defining data quality metrics
  • facilitate between team members and key stakeholders on evolving requirements, as well as planning and development, including UAT testing

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

This role sits within the Data Controls and Monitoring team, which operates out of Switzerland and the US. The Data Controls and Monitoring team is responsible for working directly with divisional subject matter experts, in both the business and IT, to identify and manage controls around key data in the organization and ensure they are fit for purpose.

The Data Controls and Monitoring team represents the business in both fixing and evolving the Data Controls and Data Quality Monitoring assets. In addition, the team works to mature, align, and document both Data Controls minimum standards and surrounding guidance with current practice and regulatory expectations.

Your expertise

You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a MINT or legal topic.

In particular you have:

  • experience or academic background in risk, controls, auditing or compliance -(desirable)
  • excellent analytical skills and quantitative approach to problem solving
  • a strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • a hands-on attitude
  • good communication skills (must have)
  • excellent proficiency in MS Office is expected
  • knowledge in Power BI, Alteryx, Python is a plus
  • dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diverse perspectives
