As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective. Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Business Intelligence Competence Center as a BI IT Consultant. The Business Intelligence (BI) Competence Center, a part of the Group Analytics IT Service Utility, provides group-wide Business Intelligence services such as:

  • Advising projects in technology selection and system design
  • Conducting proof of concepts
  • Forming the group wide BI strategy
  • Provisioning and engineering of our BI platform
  • Conducting risk assessments
  • Conducting design reviews

The current team consists of 5 experienced experts each covering one or more of the above topics. The services are already established within Switzerland and will now be rolled-out on a group wide and global scale.

  • an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
  • sharp analytical and problem solving skills
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
-a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • fluent German and English skills (oral & written)

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

  • analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • plan, organize and communicate well
  • make things happen
  • stick with a task
  • work in a team
  • come up with ideas

Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
