Your role

To support our High Net Worth (HNW) Latin America Desks in Zurich and Geneva we are looking for a summer intern currently completing his/her Bachelor’s or Master’s degree who can support the front desks. Your key tasks include:

• supporting Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors as well as assistants in daily execution of client requests
• processing administrative tasks including account opening
• supporting risk related tasks
• assisting in developing tailor-made solutions for our clients (e.g. creation of investment proposals)
• providing the Investment Advisor with product and market related information
• preparation of client meetings and business trips
• deputizing Client Advisor Assistants in our team

Our summer internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you need. For 10 weeks you’ll be right at the heart of the business and take part in day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture. Also, our summer internship offers you the opportunity to enhance your business knowledge (and your network) with business speeches, community days and case studies.

Requirements

• at least 4 successful completed semesters at University or University of Applied Science
• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
• a gift for using numerical analysis, statistics and financial mathematics to solve practical problems
• fluency in French, Spanish and English
