Your role
Work - on behalf of our distribution teams - closely with various other areas within UBS Asset Management on Investment- and Product related topics, aiming to define, develop and maintain a compelling and innovative offering for our clients.
We’re looking for someone like that to:
- Maintain and enhance UBS Asset Management’s ‘product sales focus’ framework
- Review and disseminate sales and after-sales material for our focus products
- Setup and structure sales trainings and other product content calls
- Prepare regular sales meetings
- Help address ad-hoc requests from our client relationship manager
- Drive product life cycle and product innovation topics
Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Sales Offering Management team in Zurich. Our team is part of UBS Asset Management‘s Global Sales Management Team. We support our sales teams front-to-back along a well- defined sales process and help to increase efficiency by aligning efforts across UBS Asset Management. We drive content and state-of-the art sales / after-sales creation for our offering and enable our client relationship managers to advice their clients.
Your expertise
You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
In particular, you have:
- an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- cooperative personality, good communication skills and comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a structured work style, diligent and detail-oriented work style
- a good command of Microsoft Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
- excellent German and English (written and oral)
