Your role

Are you risk oriented? Would you like to have client contact? Do you like to assume new challenges? Then we’re looking for someone like you to:

  • support and coordinate the remediation of quality issues, clean-up, recurring reviews (e.g., suitability review, pending items, KYC/AML) and preparation for meetings between Desk Head and desk members, covering quality assurance topics
  • support Client Advisor Managers in their daily work
  • act as first level support for desk members for complicated processes and tools issues
  • ensure a smooth information flow (business integration) in and out of the desk on process, regulatory, act as interface between functional units and the desk
  • be point of entry for processes, regulatory, selected tools and quality assurance related topics within the front desk
  • identify and propose process improvements, establish a sound risk and efficiency culture within the desk

Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Financial Intermediaries / Latin America North & Brazil Desk in Zurich. We are a team of six and are currently training an apprentice. Our team consists of a Desk Head, a Relationship Manager, two Client Advisors and two Client Advisor Managers. Furthermore, we share with another desk a specialist in Process & Quality Support.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
  • sharp analytical and problem solving skills
  • good judgment when dealing with sensitive information
  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • extensive past experience with MS Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
  • fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
