Your role
Are you passionate about delivering robust and scalable robotic process automation solutions? Do you have a knack for understanding business processes and how we can optimize and improve through a combination of process re-engineering and technological changes? Do you have a curious nature, always interested in finding ways to innovate? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- partner and collaborate with Operations experts and IT teams across the organization to deliver robotic process automation solutions in a dynamic environment
- analyze business requirements, design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies and development best practices
- perform integration testing of robot process automation solutions into larger subsystems and the extended automation system
- increase efficiencies by utilizing technology
- drive and extent your skills towards cognitive solutions as well (e.g. machine learning, natural language processing/generation etc.)
Internship
Our 6 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.
From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Digital Office Robotics team in Zurich responsible for identifying and implementing automation solutions to support teams within Personal & Corporate division in executing their day-to-day business more
Your expertise
You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.
In particular, you have:
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a gift for using numerical analysis, statistics and financial mathematics to solve practical problems
- sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
- a gift for using numerical analysis, statistics and financial mathematics to solve practical problems
- previous experience or familiarity with process automation with a good understanding of programming constructs (Python, R, VisualBasic, VBA.net, C++, C#) in a MS Windows based enterprise software environment
