Your Impact

• End-to-End Proposal Management: Lead proposal services for strategic audits across industries. Produce high-quality deliverables that meet RFP requirements by coordinating teams of auditors and contributors. Oversee content writing, information gathering, design coordination, and quality reviews throughout the pursuit process.
• Project Management: Manage assurance pursuit processes, ensuring adherence to RFP deadlines, and allocating resources effectively. Provide coaching on processes and other tasks. Directly oversee and prioritise design support from both onshore and offshore delivery centres.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the partners, directors, and other members of the pursuit team, helping to manage key internal stakeholders. Introduce new ideas and challenge strategic directions in a collaborative and thoughtful way.
• RFP Requirements: Ensure early understanding of RFP requirements and define and communicate a clear response strategy and solution.
• Win Strategies: Support the pursuit sales coach and the assurance pursuit team in developing win strategies, including compelling storytelling and unique selling propositions (USPs).
• Expertise Leveraging: Over time, you will develop a deep understanding of our global PwC network and Swiss organisation and leverage this to identify the right expertise, experience, and credentials to be brought to the pursuits you support.
• Debriefings and Pipeline Management: Lead and participate in internal and external debriefings to ensure that lessons learned are implemented. Additionally, support senior management on sales pipeline-related matters using software such as Salesforce.
• Internal Presentations: Represent the Activation Hub (proposal team) in internal PwC forums (e.g., introductory training to PwC assurance new joiners).
• Platform Development: Evolve our highly valued online pursuit support platform. Implement and enhance AI/digital processes to streamline proposal management.

Your Skill Set

• Education: Degree in marketing, sales, business, finance, design/communications, journalism, or project management
• Languages: Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) is a must, with the ability to moderate discussions and craft compelling pitches; German is a plus.
• Collaborative Mindset: Capable of working collaboratively to coordinate and drive international pursuit teams.
• Analytical and Writing Skills: Ability to translate complex information into persuasive written and visual messages.
• Problem Solving: Pragmatic, objective, and creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to multi-task.
• Project Management Experience: Anticipate deadlines and manage stakeholders, including more senior members of the firm.
