Our Delivery Transformation & Technology team at Deloitte Tax & Legal is dedicated to combining tax and technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that elevate our internal operations. As a Career Starter in this dynamic team, you will gain hands-on experience on tax consulting projects, acquire in-depth knowledge of our internal processes and build your tax subject matter expertise.

How you can make an impact

• We will collaboratively select the most suitable tax team based on your interests and our internal openings. Together with this team, you will advise our clients on complex tax issues.
• Support our project managers in the delivery of technology and transformation projects by mapping processes, gathering requirements and developing / testing solutions.
• Develop a clear, long-term career path with internal and external professional training offers as well as the time and financial assistance necessary for the training to become a dipl. Tax expert or MAS FH studies in Digital and AI Transformation.
• Be part of an international and interdisciplinary team with plenty of learning on the job opportunities.

Who we are looking for

• You are curious and bold, respectful and integrative. You bring a positive and result-oriented attitude as well as the willingness to take over responsibility and find solutions.
• You are interested in technology and transformation. Experience in software development and / or building low-code / no-code solutions are a plus.
• You have a flair for numbers and business connections as well as thirst for knowledge that enrich our projects with new perspectives.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, law or a similar field.
• You communicate confidently in English. German or French would be an advantage.
