On your career journey, you will work for various clients across diverse industries / sectors on complex taxation issues as well as related accounting and legal questions and get the chance to contribute to their M&A deals and transformation.
Take ownership of your clients as of the first day, support them in the realisation of their projects, gain first hand experience and participate in meetings and handle client communication to ensure smooth project execution.
The M&A Tax Team advises both local and international corporate clients, as well as prominent private equity firms, on cross-border transactions, real estate deals, tax structuring, M&A activities, and restructuring projects from a global tax perspective.
Our work provides you with diverse insights through close collaboration with our Transaction Services teams and various international Deloitte member firms. This interdisciplinary approach will empower you to effectively shape and advance your career.

How you can make an impact
- Seize the opportunity to engage in M&A deals with direct client interaction from day one, taking responsibility for cross-divisional projects and communication across various industries and sectors.
- Leverage your strengths alongside our team to advise clients on complex tax matters during M&A transactions. Coordinate multiple workstreams and oversee internal project management to deliver comprehensive, value-added outcomes for our clients.

Steuerexperte) or to pursue advanced studies such as the MAS FH in Swiss and International Taxation / LL.M. Swiss and International Taxation. Who We Are Looking For
- Do you bring a positive and solution-oriented attitude as well as the willingness to take on responsibility and find solutions in multiple diverse M&A transactions for various clients?
- Do you have a flair for numbers and taxes and the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure, the capability to prioritize workload as well the willingness to expand your knowledge?
- Are you interested in working at the intersection between business administration and law?
- Do you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s from a university or university of applied sciences degree in law, business administration or a similar field, ideally with tax knowledge?
- Do you communicate confidently in German and English? Any further languages would be an advantage.
