What you can expect from us.

• You support in the market development of a growing people & organisation team.
• You take responsibility in the development of change management strategies and their implementation.
• You are working with our team for client projects and take ownership of specific tasks (impact analysis, communication, workshops) and work packages in a multinational environment.
• You deliver international change projects going from strategy development, through design, implementation to optimisation.

What we expect from you.

• You have an excellent Master University degree and ideally first experience in change management.
• You have experience in the field of change management, business transformation, project management and you are willing to travel to work on international projects.
• You are fluent in English (communication and facilitation skills) and either German or French.
• You are talented and ambitious to support our team in business development, you bring in good communication and interpersonal skills as well as problem-solving thinking skills.
