Your background
- Completed basic studies in engineering or business-related fields.
- Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, energy and environmental technology, mechanical engineering, or business administration
- Strong interest in HR topics and people development
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
- Confident in using MS Office tools for daily tasks
- Work style is independent, structured, and reliable
