  • Support strategic initiatives in Site Service and HR

  • Analyze working conditions of field staff and suggest improvements
  • Create, monitor, and evaluate employee surveys
  • Organize skip-level meetings with field employees
  • Conduct benchmarks on working conditions in the industry
  • Take on operational tasks in HR and Site Service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on impactful projects

Your background

  • Completed basic studies in engineering or business-related fields.
  • Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, energy and environmental technology, mechanical engineering, or business administration
  • Strong interest in HR topics and people development
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
  • Confident in using MS Office tools for daily tasks
  • Work style is independent, structured, and reliable
